Records and privacy

Consent with the wording attached
Each signature keeps the exact text the client agreed to, the time, and a hashed IP. Paper consent for in-person clients is stored as a scan.
Records kept as long as the law asks
Signed consent records stay for 6 years after a client is deleted, as HIPAA requires for signed consents. Client records follow the retention period you choose.
Recordings that stay private
Recordings live in private storage and are only reached through signed links. Listen links expire when you archive or delete the client.

FAQ
Questions practitioners ask
Who is Hypnocube for?
Solo hypnotherapists in the US who see clients online, in person, or both. It is built for one practitioner running their own practice. Shared practices with several practitioners are not supported yet.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe to Hypnocube Pro to carry on. If you do not, your account stays readable for 90 days so you can export everything, then it is locked. You never enter a card to start the trial.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients book, fill in intake, sign consent, manage their booking and play recordings from private links, without signing up for anything. Every page carries your name and photo.
Can I edit the scripts it writes?
Yes, every word. Typing by hand is free. You can also refine a section with a short instruction like "warmer" or "less formal", and every earlier version is kept.
Can I record in my own voice?
Yes. Record 2 minutes in your browser and Hypnocube makes a copy of your voice for your clients' recordings. It must be your own voice, and you can remove the copy at any time.
How do clients pay me?
Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay you directly at booking, or from a payment request you send. Hypnova never holds your money. You can also mark sessions paid in cash or by bank transfer.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Import a CSV from your current tool. Hypnocube matches the columns, shows a preview with any rows it will skip, and only then imports.
Is Hypnocube available outside the US?
Not yet. Prices are in USD, and times, dates and time zones are set up for US practices.
